Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At Roof-Tastic, we are confident that our pricing reflects the best value for the quality of materials, workmanship, and service we provide. Our Price Match Guarantee allows homeowners to move forward with confidence knowing they are receiving competitive pricing for an equivalent roofing project.

If you receive a lower written estimate from another qualified contractor for the same materials and the same scope of work, Roof-Tastic will match the price. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility

The Roof-Tastic Price Match Guarantee applies to residential roofing projects for which Roof-Tastic has provided a written proposal.

Homeowners may continue to obtain additional estimates from other contractors up until the scheduled installation date of their Roof-Tastic project. If a qualifying lower estimate is presented before installation begins, Roof-Tastic will review the competing proposal and determine whether it qualifies for a price match.

2. Requirements for a Qualifying Competing Estimate

To qualify for the Roof-Tastic Price Match Guarantee, the competing estimate must meet the following criteria.

A. Written and Current Quote

The competing estimate must:

• Be a written estimate
• Be issued by a licensed and insured contractor
• Be current and not expired

Include the contractor’s company name and contact information

Roof-Tastic may verify the authenticity and details of the competing estimate.

B. Identical Materials

The competing estimate must specify the exact same materials and product lines included in the Roof-Tastic proposal.

This includes items such as:

For example, if the Roof-Tastic proposal includes CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles, the competing estimate must also specify CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles. Quotes using different brands or product grades will not qualify for the Price Match Guarantee.

C. Same Scope of Work

The competing estimate must reflect the same scope of work included in the Roof-Tastic proposal.
Examples of scope items that must match include:

If the competing estimate excludes items included in the Roof-Tastic proposal (for example decking replacement, ventilation improvements, or flashing replacement), the estimates may not be considered comparable and may not qualify for a price match.

D. Comparable Project Specifications

The competing estimate must reflect comparable project details, including:

Quotes based on incomplete inspections or inaccurate measurements may not qualify.

3. Exclusions

The Roof-Tastic Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
Estimates using different brands, materials, or product grades

4. Verification and Review

To ensure a fair comparison, Roof-Tastic may request a complete copy of the competing estimate and may verify the details of the proposal, including materials and scope of work.

If the estimate cannot be verified or does not meet the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions, the request may not qualify for the Price Match Guarantee.

5. Right to Decline

Roof-Tastic reserves the right to decline a price match request if the competing estimate does not meet the requirements outlined above or if the estimates are not reasonably comparable.

This ensures Roof-Tastic can continue to maintain the high standards of materials, workmanship, and service our customers expect.

6. Changes to This Offer

Roof-Tastic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time. Any approved price match will apply only to the specific project for which it was submitted.
