Eligibility & Conditions:

1. The $2,000 discount only applies to projects with a minimum value of $10,000 before taxes, fees, or additional upgrades.

2. The 20% discount applies to all services offered by Roof-Tastic & Beyond Exteriors, including roofing, gutters, siding, replacement windows, and painting.

3. Only one discount can be applied per project. Customers will automatically receive the greater of the two discount options.

4. Cannot be combined with other promotions, referral rewards, financing discounts, or seasonal offers unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Valid for new estimates only. Existing or previously signed contracts do not qualify.

6. Offer must be mentioned at the time of estimate and applied during contract signing.
